Qualified as an Italian Lawyer in 2007, Paola joined the International Department of the Firm in 2008, focusing on international litigation where she guides both Italian and non Italian Clients through their purchase and inheritance of Italian properties.
Furthermore, Paola’s current work focuses on the international matters jointly addressed by SLM and the Firm’s Spanish partner law firm, Manzanares International Lawyers, representing international investors in over 120 Italian real estate transactions nationwide.
In particular, Paola works on behalf of Clients negotiating with Italian notaries, property sellers, developers and estate agents, to ensure safe and secure investments for the Firm’s Clients.
In July and August 2009, Paola was in England at SLM’s English partner law firm Foreman Law Solicitors where she carried out her work on SLM’s international litigation cases, and managed the international cases jointly addressed by SLM and Foreman Law.
Paola earned her Italian law degree in Milan at "Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore" in 2004, with a specialization in International Law.
In 2005, she completed a Master in Corporate Law, from Infor School in Rome, studying the governance patterns most suitable for specific corporate situations, statutory provisions aimed at more effective regulation of corporate governance, and corporate compliance.
