Since 2004 he has been of counsel to the firm for matters involving English law. Specialising in civil and commercial litigation with a focus on dispute resolution through mediation, David has also served on the Panel of Intervention Agents for the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Personal Injury Panel of the Law Society of England and Wales.
