Q. Are Italian attorneys allowed to practice nationwide, all over Italy, or, for example, an Italian Attorney from Tuscany is not allowed to practice in Venice?
A. Italian attorneys are allowed to practice Italian law nationwide, once they have passed the bar exam (in italian "Esame di Stato").
