Italian Immigration Legal Services Introduction

Visa – Permesso di Soggiorno – Residence

We assist clients throughout the world to go to Italy. We handle immigration files nationwide.

We discuss with our clients their specific personal needs, goals and expectations, advise them about applicable immigration rules, regulations, requirements, available options and opportunities, success chances and total costs. We prepare the file to be lodged with the competent authority and prepare our clients for interviews and appointments at the Italian consulate and other involved Italian offices.

We also offer assistance on demand or comprehensive legal service packages from start to finish, including health insurance policy, financial guarantee (bond), Italian tax code (“codice fiscale”), lease agreement and legal translations.

Our firm is a filter between our clients and the Italian bureaucratic and complicated immigration rules and regulations: the client contacts us and we navigate the case all the way up to filing. Clients can count on us as their constant point of reference until we hand them the visa, permit to stay or residence application to be lodged.

Here is the list of some of our popular Comprehensive Packages followed by the typical included activities,  and an indication of the applicable legal fees:

We have successfully assisted many people with matters of Italian visa, permit to stay and residence. We would be glad to assist you. Book a phone consultation with us so that we can review your case circumstances and your goals and advise you accordingly.

If you wish to receive just information about the requirements to apply for a visa, permit to stay (“permesso di soggiorno”) or residence, please select “Visa & Immigration” option. Terms of Business and Fees

Find an indication of our rates at the end of the activities listed under each category of service above. Since each case is different our activities and fee structure shall be adjusted as per the specific case circumstances.

For example, if you have need to complete a visa or permit to stay (permesso di soggiorno) or residence application by a certain deadline, we be happy to prioritize your case as much as possible. However, this might cause our work process to be less efficient which would be reflected into a higher fee quotation.

Check in the next paragraph some tips to timely and effectively plan your immigration steps.

Moving to another country requires a number of steps and has many consequences on several areas of your life. If you are considering to move to Italy the suggestion is to discuss your case circumstances with an expert as soon as possible. If you confirm one of the comprehensive services above within three weeks after the phone consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from the comprehensive service fee.

The earlier the better. If you have more time you have also more options and it will be more likely to be able to opt for a strategy that fits you best, that is cost-effective and with most success changes.

For example, if you plan to apply for a visa or for residence, there are a number of tasks that you might be able to take care by yourself saving on legal fees and your overall cost in general.

 Average timing for a person applying for an Italian Visa from the US, Canada or Australia:

  • Contact us to discuss your case and plan a strategy: 1 year (or earlier if possible) to 6 months before going to Italy;
  • File the visa application with the competent Italian Consulate: within the thirds month before you wish to go to Italy (around the 50th day before your departure date).
