I was pretty clear what I wanted to buy and I can speak some Italian, but I was stranded in Romania, unable to travel. SLM\u2019s help was essential to get the transaction done, especially in those difficult days. They did a brilliant job at explaining the process and the pitfalls to watch out for. Their communication was always clear and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
