It is important to bear in mind that each Italian Consulate applies its own policies as to the requirements and formalities for the Digital Nomad Visa.
In our practice, we have noted that an applicant’s experience might radically change depending on the actual receptionist who will be receiving your application the day of filing at the Italian Consulate.
Overview:
We are going to give you a general overview of the required documents and information and will assist you in preparing these documents in a format that is acceptable to the Consulate.
As you put together and retrieve the required documents, we ask that you share them with us. For this reason, we will activate a system for you to upload those files in our secure server directly into your dedicated folder. We will also give you access to the folder so that you may always check the content at any time during the process. The link and password to upload the documents will come via email to you directly.
After we receive all documents and information from you, we will review them and advise you if anything needs to be amended or if more information or documentation are needed.
We will then finalize the application form itself, organize the documents and issue a ‘Summary Report’ (SR) that you can use as a checklist and as a guide for your appointment at the Consulate. We will share a link for you to access all documents, download them from our server and file them with the Consulate.
We will also provide practical information and advice during the process to make your experience as smooth, easy and pleasant as possible.
