This site has been developed and updated in accordance to the Code of Ethics as approved by the Consiglio Nazionale Forense (National Legal Counsel).
This reserved area of the site gives special access to authorized clients. Once registered, clients can directly consult their own cases, 24-hours a day.
All client information that is managed and stored electronically is protected by prohibitory codes instated with varying levels of access, according to the nature of the data.

Electronic data are protected by antivirus and anti-intrusion hardware and software that are constantly being updated. Additionally, the data are automatically saved to DVD with three back-up levels: daily weekly and monthly.
The legal services provided by Studio Legale Metta are supplied in accordance with D.M. no. 127 of 8 April 2004 (G.U. no. 115 of 18 May 2004, s.o. no. 95) in force since 2 June 2004.
