Changes to UK apostille process: SLM clients not affected

Updated:

The UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) recently announced that starting 1 April 2011 the Legalisation Office at Milton Keynes will only accept postal applications from members of the public. Prior to that date, the office granted same day service for in-person applications from the public.

Studio Legale Metta is pleased to inform their clients that they will not be affected by these changes as SLM executes the apostille request through a UK local partner which is categorized as a business user by the FCO. Therefore, this change in FCO regulations will not affect the service that SLM is able to offer clients. Through this partnership SLM will be able to have the UK documents with the apostille processed within 24 hours of receipt.
