SLM partner Nick Metta will present key aspects of EU – US Cross Border Succession rules to the Bucks County Bar Association (BCBA – Pennsylvania, USA) on November 13, 2013.
Nick, an associate member of the BCBA, will be presenting jointly with Michael Mills, an American lawyer specializing in Taxation, Estates and Trusts as partner at the Pennsylvania law firm Antheil Maslow and MacMinn.
Together they will guide attendees through matters of interstate (U.S.) and international (EU – U.S.) succession and estate planning, highlighting areas such as: conflict rules, residency norms and taxation concerns.
