5 September 2023 – I am very pleased with the service provided by SLM. Obtaining an Italian Tax Code while living in Toronto proved to be virtually impossible. Visiting the consulate in Toronto is only possible with an appointment, but after several months I was still in a “virtual queue” to even schedule an appointment. It is impossible to phone the consulate. Emails that I sent went unanswered. It’s a shame that a service like this is even needed, but I’m certainly thankful that it exists! Thank you SLM!
