29 May 2023 – We booked an initial consultation with Raffaella. We booked 30 minutes and it was extremely informative and helpful. As we don’t speak Italian well, Raffaella was fluent in English and was able to answer our questions while asking questions we hadn’t thought of. She was patient and thorough and really put us at ease. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t book this sooner.
