17 August 2023 – I am an American who permanently lives in Italy. And I have embraced the idea that when you have a problem, you should throw a professional at the issue. Be it a local who specialized in navigating the local government, or a geometra, lawyer, etc.

I have an attorney in Lucca for local matters, but Studio Legale Metta has started filling that role for me when I need bigger answers. Their codice fiscale service was absolutely killer. They have that process down to a science. And Nick Metta has advised me on the larger taxation issues in Italy.

I should also mention that their firm support staff have been wonderful and responsive as well. I work in a large law firm and I know how important strong support staff are!

All in all, I have been thoroughly satisfied with their services and I will be coming back when I have new challenges in my life in Italy. And believe me, in Italy, you’re going to run into challenges.
