Elio Addante works with Studio Legale Metta on criminal law matters.
Elio Addante received his law degree, cum laude, in 1993. He has since being involved with Criminal Law academic studies at the University of Bari and he is currently a member of the Criminal Law Class exam committee.
Elio is admitted to discuss criminal and civil cases in front of the Corte di Cassazione (Court of Cassation/Italian Supreme Court).
He is mainly involved in cases of professional liability for doctors, notaries, engineers, accountants, custom crimes, tax crimes, crimes against individuals, corporate crimes as per law 231/201, and intellectual property crimes.
He is the author of scientific publications in the Criminal Digest and other Criminal Law School material.
