Nick Metta was interviewed for the May 2009 edition of leading Italian legal journal,TopLegal. The subject was Metta’s work in Salemi, Sicily, where the local government is offering houses for the low price of one euro. Salemi was devastated in the ’60’s by an earthquake and this project is an effort to revive the historic hilltop town.
Those attracted to the project are primarily foreigners looking for interesting investment opportunities and this is where Metta comes in. As an Italian property lawyer specializing in assisting foreigners purchasing in Italy, he is the lawyer of reference for potential buyers.
