June 13, 2009 Nick Metta will meet with his clients regarding the legal aspects of their investment in Italian property in Tuscany. Also present at the meeting will be other key parties in the transaction such as the developer, the project architect, the estate agent, and the insurance guarantor to provide investors with a clear understanding of the project.
The meeting will be held at the Circolo dei Forestieri in the center of the village of Bagni di Lucca.
Nick is the head of the international department of the firm which addresses one of the firm’s primary areas of practice: Italian real estate. The international team assists foreigners with their Italian real estate investments throughout Italy and its islands.
