The Superior Court of Los Angeles, California, has appointed Italian law firm Studio Legale Metta (SLM) as an impartial legal counsel in a domestic dispute currently being discussed in the California judicial system.
SLM will manage the lawful sale of the disputing parties’ Italian real estate investment, evaluating the available legal structures applicable to the sale. This also includes negotiating and settling terms with all interested parties such as Italian financial institutions. Once optimal possible terms of sale have been reached, SLM will oversee the unbiased distribution of the resulting funds.
SLM’s international practice is headed by partner Nick Metta who has over 12 years’ experience in managing Italian real estate transactions, with a specific focus on foreign clients. In addition to its marked experience in the real estate sector, Studio Legale Metta was selected for its integrity and transparence, two founding principles that have been pillars for the firm since it was established in 1887.
