The Italian property lawyers Nick Metta and Paola Parisi (Studio Legale Metta) successfully finalized a negotiation on behalf of a group of international investors buying 15 properties in Calabria, Bergamotto development (value EUR 1.5 mln).
The Real Estate Department of the Italian law firm Studio Legale Metta, a group of English speaking Italian solicitors, is currently assisting further international investors purchasing approximately 35 more apartments in Calabria (value EUR 4 mln).
Also, Studio Legale Metta Italian lawyers are assisting builders and investors with several other deals, in Calabria and other Italian regions, that started two and three years ago and seemed jeopardized by several difficulties that arose during the recent economical crisis. The main role of the Italian lawyers of SLM has been to foresee, manage and resolve such difficulties, as per the current law and economical scenario.
