Studio Legale Metta is assisting the Italian building company Casa Del Sole S.r.l., selling properties to non Italian investors.
The sale process is turning the third stage. The first two stages are in progress (worth about 10 mln euros) and the third one will be completed by the end June 2010 (worth 5 mln euros). The entire deal is expected to be completed by the end of 2010, worth 45 mln euros.
