On April 1, 2009, the partners of Studio Legale Metta invited Tom McGrath and David O’Donnell, partners of McGrath O’Donnell & Associates in Dublin, to meet with Confapi, the Italian association of small and medium businesses in Puglia. The objective of this meeting was to establish a relationship of economic cooperation between Irish and Apulian companies to develop cooperative undertakings and projects for growth and exchange between the countries.
The parties signed a protocol to establish an Italo-Irish Chamber of Commerce to provide consulting services for businesses interested in the foreign market, develop the collaboration between the institutional systems of the two countries and foster economic business opportunities. Studio Legale Metta and McGrath O’Donnell & Associates have been working together on matters addressing Irish and Italian law since 2006 and are pleased to work together on this initiative.
