Studio Legale Metta is proud to announce its nomination at the Real Estate Awards 2010, in the category “Best Legal Assistance”. The nomination was based on the key role played by SLM’s real estate team in the assistance to the Italian construction company Casa Del Sole S.r.l. during the sale operations with non Italian investors.
The Real Estate Awards 2010 are organized by RE Real Estate, one of the most important Italian magazine specialized in real estate transactions.
This year’s edition will take place on June 9, at the East End Studios in Milan. Many politicians, members of the law community and financial industry, along with journalists and architects will be present at the event.
